Return Process

  Safely pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including a copy of your original invoice.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or send the package via a tracked postal service to our warehouse facility in Toronto.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
